My name is Tom. I'm not a platform, a marketplace, or a company with a call center. I'm one person who has spent nearly 20 years building relationships with Westin owners and renters throughout the Vistana network.

I started doing this in 2006 because I saw how many owners were paying thousands of dollars a year in maintenance fees for weeks they simply couldn't use. There had to be a better way. I became that better way.

Today I work with a small group of owners, and I know each of them by name. When you work with me, you're not submitting a ticket — you're sending an email to Tom.

Simple. Hands-Off. Personal.

You tell me what you have

Share your StarOptions balance, home resort, and any weeks already booked. That's all I need to get started.

I handle everything

I find the renter, confirm availability with Vistana, coordinate the reservation, and manage all communications. You don't lift a finger.

You get paid

Once your guest checks in, you receive payment. For a standard 2BR (148,100 StarOptions), that's $4,200.

For owners who prefer a fully hands-off experience, I can manage your Vistana account directly — you retain full control and continue receiving all account communications.

My Commitment to You

When I agree to rent your StarOptions, I guarantee they will be rented — or I will pay you the agreed amount regardless. I only take on owners I know I can serve, and when I say yes, I stand behind it.

No fine print.

Platforms are fine. But platforms don't know that your home resort is Kierland, that you prefer to roll options rather than book early, or that you'd rather get one email than five.

I've been doing this long enough to know how to work within Vistana's rules — whatever they are, and however they change. My owners don't have to keep up with any of that. I do.
